Her background in property management has given her a strong understanding of the full property journey, from ownership and tenancy through to long-term value and performance.

As an investor herself for more than a decade, Nathalie understands the realities of property ownership and is committed to helping clients make confident, well-informed decisions. Her experience, attention to detail, and relationship-focused approach ensure clients feel supported every step of the way. She has a passion for property and people and believes success lies in building strong relationships.

Having called Waihi home for over 15 years, Nathalie has a strong connection to the local community and a genuine understanding of the area. She values the lifestyle the region offers and enjoys helping others discover the opportunities it presents.

Outside of real estate, Nathalie enjoys making the most of the outdoors through hiking, biking, and kayaking. She also practises yoga and has a strong interest in philosophical studies, which underpin her calm, balanced approach and genuine passion for working with people.
